Youth Start-UP Initiative was founded in the State of Michigan and we plan to expand our reach to Chicago in the next year.

We offer proactive support by providing entrepreneurship and behavior training to youth who may be considered at-risk, homeless or have encountered the juvenile justice system.

We inspire young adults by offering personalized mentoring, coaching, and practical resources that cultivate innovative thinking and real-world problem-solving skills. Through scholarships, start-up funding, and hands-on guidance, we create clear pathways for young entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into a reality.

The Youth Start-UP Initiative is dedicated to equipping youth in underserved communities with the knowledge, tools, and real-world experiences necessary to excel in business and entrepreneurship.

Our vision is to cultivate a generation of young entrepreneurs from underserved communities who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create or contribute to innovative and sustainable enterprises.

We envision a future where every young person, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to the tools, mentorship, and support needed to succeed in business and become a catalyst for economic and social change.

Through our work, we aspire to break cycles of poverty, reduce recidivism, and foster communities where youth are empowered to lead, inspire, and transform their futures.
